Positive: Location was excellent Spa was nice except couldn't order any drinks!
Negative: Outside pool shut at 4pm so we couldn't use it on arrival. Fan in room was dusty as hell. Hot breakfast was at extra cost after we had booked on the understanding breakfast was included. Couldn't order any drinks in the spa. Partner got trapped in changing room cubical due to faulty lock and she didn't get offered a complimentary drink. Other guests would have kicked right off, she was just happy to be getting out eventually. We forgot some swimwear in the room on departure and received a pissed off message from a member of staff expecting us to pay £10 delivery.
